He does, indeed, look a truly Victorian man, Luis. A very neat and effective custom.
As for "queue de pie", it translates as "magpie tail" and I wonder if it if referring to his coat, what in English is called a "tail coat". This rear view shows what it is:

a coat with a the back hanging down lower than the rest of the jacket. It is a formal piece of clothing, for example, at weddings.

Spot on, Gordon! I would have said "tail suit", is that wrong?

thanks ! thanks playmofire for the vocabulary ! i remember now Arnaud ! tail suit must be also good .
For me it can look as a doctor as well .
For my jack the ripper , i prefer my custom with the black mantle (i call it dracula mantle ... ) and i don't find better in time . This one doesn't look bad !! maybe dr Jekill ...
Another from my daughter room :

I think it's a tailcoat.
It's a funny sort of coat, but I find all suits sort of funny.
And the grey one is great too, gaspodfreud. Well done.

"Tail suit" would be OK too when referring to the coat, waistcoat and trousers.
I thought he was a doctor, too.
