Yes we could do this, but this will take a long time, and we need an original piece of playmobil as a basis for work. Also be done from scratch, but we always like to modify original references.

Sadly there isn't any Playmobil-aircraft that could be used as / changed into a jetfighter  :(
Someone on one of the German forums made an F-22, but he used another toy with similar scale and equipped it with a playmobil-cockpit, but it required a lot of rework.

That paint job looks great. What did you use to paint the engine intake ?
