It looks like a boy to me too. The question is - where are his mates who dared him to do it? They probably ran off when he got stuck!

Too true!   ;D

More of the beach scene.

Of course, not everyone wants to be active - some people just like to lie in the sun,

or play on the beach,

or take photos of the family (slide and sandpit kindly provided by Mark),

or just sit and watch everyone else:

.

Others like to be by the water's side:

or get up to mischief

(notice how mother is completely unaware at what's going on!).

But no one wants to watch the Punch and Judy show it seems:

“Today well-lived makes every yesterday a day of happiness to remember and every tomorrow a vision of hope.”

We're now at the other end of the beach where there is more activity again, both leisure with jet skiing

and cycling

but also work as the fisherman lands his catch

and the fishmonger loads up his van

and the seagulls take advantage of them being busy

And, finally, a couple of videos showing the railway in it's full setting:

Thank you all for taking the time to look.

Thank you, both, but why do women always assume it's a boy?  This happened at the display, too. It could easily be a girl wearing trousers.   :)

It just looked like a boy, because of the colors of his clothing, and because I can't see the middle-part in the hair that the girls have. Besides, it sounds like the kind of thing a boy would do. But that may be stereotyping. ;)

That dio is great! Looks like a very cute town. I want to live there! ;)

Seems like you are living there, I couldnt help but notice your avatar on one of the pictures with a woman and three children, walking past the beach.  :)

A few more photos -

The large station...those passengers stood there for a long time

Loading the bags on the bus  (or are they unloading ? )...

Gordon's custom signal box ...

Signal box from the other side...

The farm shop from a different angle...

A view looking along the beach...

A close up of the rescue boat off to rescue a lady in trouble...

I was supposed to take my Wally figure for children to find, but on Saturday we found that he'd stayed behind to guard my computer in Scotland  :-[  so Damo found a hat which I painted and we improvised...  ;D

Gordon, would you check to see if you have Junior's avatar?  I can't find him and he was last seen queuing up for an ice cream (in the photo he's the one in the camouflage hat  ;D)
