Does anyone have any ideas? Has anyone done it? And if so, how??? I want to remove the pink & green paint from mine. Please help.   :(

Hi Celeste! To prepare my shields for customising I use a sharp curved blade from
on an X-Acto craft knife, then I use first a 180 grit sandpaper, and then a 400-grit waterproof sandpaper with water. The part will lose its shine so you can either go for another sandpaper 1000-grit waterproof) or an aceylic varnish.
Hope this will help.

I use 1000, 2000, 3000 grit wet & dry sand paper, & automotive rubbing compound to put the shine back on the surface by using a rag and rubbing it until shiny shiny.
Forget about all of the other stuff,....all we need is the reintroduction of the 3526 Fire Engine!

Thanks guys! I tried using Barkeepers Friend and my finger. I saw that it worked on figures, so I gave it a try. It worked. My bathtub is now all white! Now I can start on my bathroom remodeling.  Thanks for the suggestions. I will keep them in mind for future projects.
