Only reluctantly the young man followed the landlord woman into the kitchen. He knew the talkative landlord woman very well. Nothing remained hidden for her curiosity. Everything that she experienced also she had widespread imediatly. But the landlord was a good customer, and so he had to add himself his fate. Arrived in the kitchen the woman pushed RIGAS to the table, she set herself to him and spoke, “great things are approaching, but you must promise me to tell it no one.”

She did not wait for the answer of the young man, but began to tell immediately. “TURFRIED of Mittland and MERHARD, king of the Seenland, want to terminate their many years old feud and close a peace treaty. In addition they are left their firstborn sons to the opponent in each case as hostages. But the best will be still… In order to sign the contract and to exchange the hostages, both kings will travel here to king LINHOLD to the Südreich.“

“What do you believe, how many visitors will this event attract? We will make the business of our life. “Full of anticipated joy over the future profit the landlord woman was beating with her fists on the table. “However now come on, don't stop me nevertheless so long. I have to make still so many preparations! Hurry you!“ Rigas was glad. Never before he was able to escape the landlord woman still so fast. He took his basket and was going to the taylor's house.

Volker  your story work is always so splendid.  Wonderful architecture and always people passing by, a busy city it seems.

@tiermann: Thank you, Tim! My 'Race into space' at Klickywelt is finished. So I have a little bit more time to publish this story again. It's an old story, too. But my newest story based on the Mittland-Chronicles and the Six kingdoms. So I decided to publish not the newest at first.

Chapter V.

Thus the days added up to weeks, and it became autumn. While TORIM had already nearly again forgotten his meeting with the new healer, RIGAS and SINA enjoyed about their blossoming love. The two were fallen in love and they thought already freshly  of an engagement.  In these days king LINHOLD let announce now  a large celebration on the occasion of the attendance of the kings TURFRIED and MERHARD.

As the landlord woman had announced it, the visitors came from far and near to this celebration. Who could take the liberty, they traveled to this event. Finally one did not see three kings with their families and knights at a place to each day. While a large festival area was developed before the gates of the town, the visitors flowed after Siebenbrücken and filled the inns.
