“He will accompany you after this fright securely home”, TORIM continued to speak. The words of his friend tore the baker from his dreamings. “However you…”, he began , but TORIM interrupted him immediately, “you have to excuse me unfortunately, but an urgent business expects me.” Quietly he whispered then to RIGAS then, “go on, a better opportunity to you will not be offered… Use your chance! “With one exaggerated deep bow before the both he went smiling to the market place.

Thus RIGAS took the basket and accompanied his adored girl during her purchase. Because he did not know, what he should say, he was silent and listened to SINA's words. Their bell-bright voice pleased his heart. From time to time he stated his agreement with nodding. Finally SINA terminated her purchases, and RIGAS had to carry heavily at the loaded basket. But he did it gladly.

Subsequently, the baker followed the young woman to the house of her father. On the way SINA thanked RIGAS again. Because the house of the taylor was in another part of the town, they had to go still another longer way. RIGAS was pleased about the time, which he could spend thereby still in SINA's society. SINA succeeded it on the way home even to entangle the word-meager RIGAS into a conversation in wich RIGAS also in complete sentences answered.
