I wouldn't mind a complete set of figures, but I hate this hunting for them thing. While there would be some figures I'm not interested in, at least with a full set I'd get the ones I want.

How much is one figure? ToysRUs sells them for 3.99 but a local dealer just
priced them 2.99 ...

Local dealer has series 1 that are left still at 2.99, I don't know if there's been an increase for series 2 or not yet

I was surprised to see TRU raise the price. They aren't worth $4 each. :eh?:

I see that lots of online stores have them for $2.99 but it's a true gamble ordering them online.  :-\

I do intend to buy two full cases of series 3 (boys and girls). But, for series 2, only the Japanese woman, Elvis, and the guitar players (both) are interesting for me. I'll first check if I can get those at a local store.
It would be great if those of us who buy complete cases (48 fi?ures) make a list of what they got and don't want to keep, so others can pick their favourite.
I will do this with series 3 (but I'm keeping all the Royal guards I can get!)
Best,
Arnaud

Yup, I am tired of feeling the bags in the store. Wish they would just tell us what is in them like with specials, which they seem to be replacing.

It seems to be a waste of time feeling bags, so I may order a case from my local dealer to help his sales stay up since this is their dead time of the year. If your local toystore carries fi?ures, it may be a good time to order them in order to show support for the little guys.

Will it count as ones annual sale activity if we post which fi?ures we don't want and trade them or even sell them if we can't find a trade on here? Cheers in the New Year!
After two decades of male toys (esp. Lego and PM) in our house, it is time to build something for us women!

Hm... interesting question. I wonder if an exception could be made when it comes to F?gures, especially since we would probably be selling them to each other at cost, rather than making a profit off of them. In fact those rules may not apply at all in that case. I'll discuss it with the other mods and see what they think.

Perhaps if the trading was organized into one thread?

Well I think there will be enough interest I might as well go ahead and order 2 cases of each.
