My Medieval Village
« on: January 12, 2012, 16:46:48 »
Hi Playmofriends  Tonight I'm taking down my medieval village, and I realized that I haven't even posted any pictures of it! I just took the pictures really quick, so please don't mind the poor photography. Another diorama coming soon  ;D

It's a really cute village. I like how the church fits in.
(note to myself.... I need a church)

That's lovely Jenna,
I do so like the coloured houses, I'd love some of those

Thank you all  I wish I had more time to take pictures of all the little details and the villagers. I was planning on doing a little renovating of the church (with it being system x and all  :loco: ) and add some more snowy effects, but didn't have time, so it is a little unfinished. I was planning on doing a photostory with the falconer too, but it seems that the new project can't wait. But I suppose that's an excuse to set up the village again soon.
Gaston: I LOVE the church  The windows are really pretty, and it does fit in really well with the steck houses.
Elaine: The blue house is my favorite. It is such a rich color
Panos: Thank you! Sorry for being absent for so long
WOT: Thanks! The inn was the first building I made for the village. I spent about 50 dollars acquiring that barrel for it a few years ago....

Beautiful set up, Jenna :)9! Thank you for sharing your diorama with us :thanks:! I understand what you are saying about the large ale barrel being so expensive a while back, but even the new add on priced at $4.99 doesn't include the original wooden beer mugs & foam for the beer mugs that were included with the original add on set, & the foam is discontinued USA DS says :-\.
