our new pad and playmo follows

Well we have been at the new place a little over a month. I had to clear out and take with us about 1/3 or less of our collection out of the barn. I packed it tightly in boxes and this is what the mess looks like right now. I have a few ideas how to organize it all but that will take some time. I will still have to move the other portion of the collection soon... pirates, medieval, romans, construction, Victorian, Egyptians, airports, modern city, rescue and my beloved western set up 8}





The boys never missed a beat when it came to the playmobil, playing every step of the way.

Ras, 1/3 of your collection is bigger than my entire collection! And I thought I had kind of a lot. Thanks for making me feel normal. ;D

Exactly. I actually find that organizing my collection is fun. Sometimes I discover sets I didn't even knew I had! ;D

Wow! That's a lot of playmobil! The best part of organizing it is it gives you a chance to 'play' with it too! And maybe your boys can help you too!

*sigh* that's quite an amount of Playmobil... can I come over and play? ;-). I think my girlfriend would strangle me if I used that kind of space for my stuff.. and when I tell her that her shoe- collection takes more space then my PM then she refers that shoes are useful and toys not.' Useful? You can't wear them all at the same time, Imelda' I say (Imelda Marcos from the Fillipines possed over 20.000 pair of shoes. Well, that's a girl- thing, I guess.

You can't wear them all at the same time, but you CAN'T wear the same shoes with every outfit, either. Different shoes go with different styles.... that's why women have at least half a dozen pairs of black shoes, most of us a lot more! But guys will never understand this. ::) If I only needed one or two pairs of shoes, that would be great, but it just isn't that simple.

Uhm. I don't. I think space is FAR better used with playmobil :)
