Skypurr's Winter Displays Part 2
« on: December 18, 2011, 16:47:53 »
The four remaining displays...

Christmas on the slopes...
This is where the snow was moved around the most, I originally had it all round the pond and it looked more realistic.  At one point I found one little boy using the curlers' broom to brush it away  ::)

Ready to Go...

I decided that as I couldn't build a castle, the workshop is underground with only the tower sticking up  ;D  I also forgot to put out lanterns to light the way  :-[

A German Christmas Market...

The schoolchildren in front of the crib should have had little recorders to play but these were left at home so I had to take the instruments off the angels!

Christmas in the Arctic...

The children loved this and some of the things here did get moved around...

That's it for another year, we've visited all the local village schools, so may visit a bigger school next Christmas.

Lots of wonderful displays, and done in such a short time! The advantage to not getting things done is that it will give you something to add next year to keep it fresh and interesting.  <*) :elf:

Another four superb displays -    - I think you've covered pretty well every aspect of Christmas.

I like the Eskimo one best here.
