The ghost pirate theme in my eyes was to specific. Ghosts can be fun, but why only ghosts pirates? It always reminds me of pirates of the caribean. Ghost in general or coupled to a halloween theme could work.

Well they also threw in all kinds of weird stuff with the ghost pirates, like weird sea creatures, clambs, and a rather oddly shaped pirate ship. Not a fan of those thick swords they have either. It was too much crazy in one theme to be a commercial succes.

I love the old medieval ghosts. The ghost pirate lark was a bit boring though. And not particularly well-made.

Man, that is a series I would definitely get... all of it... two or three of each...  ;D

As noted, I have a thing for Halloween + Playmo.

You know what would be great for the Western theme? An undertaker set + priest.

If I remember correctly, Playmobil had a prototype Western City undertaker with hearse wagon, mortician shop, caskets, & all, but the idea was tabled due to being considered too graphic for children :-\. Now, look at the video games they play,.......really? And there was a medevil torture chamber that was never put into production, now that would have been cool!

I'd heard about the medieval torture theme (which by the way, the "torture" devices were stocks ::)), but not the western one! Too bad, it would have been a great set. I don't see why it would be inappropriate, if they can play with little western klickys with guns, who inevitably will have some duels, then what's wrong with having a place to bury them?

Maybe they worry about one of your clickies getting a texas funeral?

Stocks dont seem too bad, I'd love to see some sort of town stage to which stocks could be attached. Could be funny to see a clicky in stocks. The stage could also be good for bards and messengers.

I definitely like the idea of a haunted mansion.  Although ghosts/zombies aren't exactly my thing, the house itself would be superb.

I thought I saw a stretching rack & iron maiden too, in the prototype pictures :evilplan:!
