Can anyone identify the original Klicky or set that this long black coat being owrn by the bald dude came in?

He almost looks like a ringer for a ghestapo agent or something sinister. Or, maybe Kojack's evil twin???

Looks like a custom job to me.

I think someone has taken the standard jacket with upturned collar (as seen on some of the other Victorian men in that clip) and extended it somehow.

Very neat job too. Almost impossible to see any joins.
If you take a close look at the 24 secs mark, you can just discern a very faint line running across the middle.

Or maybe I'm just imagining it?

Yeah I sort of see what you mean. I didn't notice that at first. If that is a custom it is one hell of a good job. And a great looking jacket too.
