I only just read this today, really reminds me of when I was putting together my brother and eldest sister their playmobil.
Especially the sorry state the pirate ship was in was rather depressing.
The old pirates, along with a crew of old soldiers where the old clickies I used most, the others not that much. Great thing is that the old clickies are so versatile.
I just had to try and restore as much of the pirate ship's glory as possible, sadly its still without sails, flags and some other broken parts, but it does feel like its doing the clickies justice again. I still keep it like this stored on top of the box that holds all that old playmobil.
Not intending to steal the thread or anything, just showing the fate of other old pirates, who since a few weeks have a reason to smile again.
