Elaine,
Cool Victorian guy, but I can't identify him either. But the price is scary IMHO, Pgal
After two decades of male toys (esp. Lego and PM) in our house, it is time to build something for us women!

He's from the master of the small victorian house  :). He looks nice with those different accesories in the listing, though .

IMO is a custom in fact.
it is the guy frm the small house but that's not his hat and he does not wear a tie.  :)

I wondered if he was the master of the small house, but his torso looks to be a different colour from the hat which is brown like the master's torso and his legs and cuffs look more yellow than beige.
If he is a custom does anyone know where the tie is from?

This is the tie... and I have one of those hats... but I don't know what set it came from... It is the same color at the Victorian delivery truck driver's hat but the same style at the zoo's hippo keeper (orange) hat... and the red one that is also the same style... but it is killing me that I can't figure out where that particular hat came from

Edit: FOUND THE HAT! :)

Someday, I will organize my stuff, I promise.

This one IS the master of the small house, but the lightnings seems a bit odd in the photo of his.

What in fact is REALLY rare about him are the brown spats, only found in his set.

Here's the original (soon to be sent to Heather).

The tie is most common in some older police sets and on a plane passenger.

Here it is:
