Yep! For those who want a "family setting" it would be perfect. There is the small blue SUV but the station wagon would be a very nice option.

I vote for a family station wagon as well. The vans are wonderful...the blue one and the green one. A station wagon would be a wonderful option, especially if it had a sunroof or top that came off allowing us to put a family inside.

Would love to see more family cars from PM as well...sedans such as a Lexus, Prius or Sonata. A Honda Element or Pilot would be neat, too.

These photos of real vehicles are so cool! Yall have done a fabulous job matching real to PM vehicles! Keep up the great posts as they are so entertaining, Pgal :wave:

Luciano, I think that the actual BMW police car, that Gordon pointed out, looks a bit more like the Playmo version. The Peugeot that you pointed out is a bit more streamlined then  the Playmobil version...

i think its more like the Ferrari 348 spider

As for the police car because of the playmo grill  ' kidney 'design  i think its definitely a BMW .....

Yeah, except for the door panels I guess it's more similar to the 348 then 356:


And about the police car, the kidney grill sure gives it away as a Beamer, though the lines of the PM car are a bit more boxy, like the real life 405 (if I'm not mistaken they were used by France's Gendarmes  :hmm:?).

I agree, and that brings back my old question, why playmobil is still to create a Porsche 911 , after all the most iconic german sports car ..... that would be quite something i reckon......
