Do you remember the old film´s  like Laurel & Hardy??....cartoons of Tom y Jerry....Circus.....we can see police with a special hat....a "mix" between salacot and a bombin cap.... ::)
The model is used about early 1900....end of Victorian Time....I think is a interesting model for Victorian Theme....on USA. :lol:
I use a 5 points star....less realistic but more Playmobil....
