Questions about Canadian DS

The quest to build a bluecoat army to do battle with our pirates contines.  I am currently looking to add some of the following bluecoats:

Has anyone here successfully ordered "spare parts" from Canadian DS?  In addition, when I tried to buy 10 7675's I was told that DS limits you to 9 of the same set, does this also apply for the spares? If so will I have to make multiple orders to get sufficient tricorne hats (30 02 6020) and cuffs (30 06 4980)?
I would turn to ebay but I have not had alot of luck and I find that most of the time on ebay the enlisted men are packaged with officers, which I already have in sufficient quantity.

I tried to order these from US DS a couple years ago and they didn't have any.  Hopefully you have better luck than me.  I had to buy some overpriced ones on ebay, although now there don't seem to be any Playmobil parts sellers on ebay.
