(I presume you're asking about the part under the Native American drum skin)
its just a temporary wooden barrel sprayed from a PVC cup(for mouth wash/eye rinse)...while looking for a suitable PM part...

I thought you'd sliced up a Merry Men's Feast barrel!   You are a superb artist with the spray paint, cheng.    :wow:

I love them, really excellent figures again. I love the whole Samurai theme. Have I missed it but are the pictures of your whole army up on the forum as well as the marvelous unit shots I've already scene? I'd love to see them set up for battle. My father is a wargamer and he has 15mm Samurai army which looks amazing on his table and I'd love to see yours.

thanks everyone!

(the large bucket suspended by a pulley from PM knightcastles is a wee bit too big...but rather than have the drum tapering on one end, a beer keg/water barrel that has taper on both side would be more suitable...and I've to buy another drum skin for the other end and add a drum support/stabiliser...in reality, these could just be stakes driven into the ground  ;D anybody knows of a more suitable PM barrel?)

Great idea!!! Thanks!!!

thanks everyone  (I thought these uniformed samurais were starting to bore everyone :P)

@EmmaJ & WOT; I dont really play with them so never take them out for a photo shoot but I'll see if I have a shelf-photo (you see, their wooden fort & Torii gate(the red Buddhist gateway) is supporting the shelf above, so i cant move them) somewhere on my PC. EmmaJ, please show me photos of your dad's 15mm army, are they mint or painted/customised by your dad? (I saw in a military figures shop on the top floor of Queen Victoris Building in Sydney last month...I was so tempted to take photos ;D)

@tonguello&Playmofire; after so much said in forums about the beer barrel, I wouldn't dare cut up a beer barrel (maybe after DS starts selling, thanks to the effort of you all and the club)...anyone owns a beer barrel and this native indian drum skin(or even the zebra patterned drum skin from the jungle set) and can try to fit them together? (i think the beer barrel is too big for the drum skin) thanks in advance
