oops just noticed that I used this white ones  :P
I have never seen nor own other types of clips and parts...I'm sure you can easily improve on my design as I use whatever I had lying around only.  :P

I have a question though: are the crossbows accurate? Did the Chinese have any?

and WOT & cowabounga, this should be very clear...I'm sure you can use other more appropriate parts (i've limited system X parts only...I used to enjoy building LEGO Technic toys for my son  ;D )
