in which case, my mostest important (for masking/cutting) tool is.....

Forceps. They look kinda like a cross between scissors and pliers, with a locking mechanism near the grip area.
Needles and thread (for splicing).

wow, some look like torture devices to me! I just have a cutter, sandpaper, airbrush, pencils, tape and the modeling paste. I think that's all. And paint of course.

For removing legs from bodies. Get it into the hip along the side to “pry” out the legs.

oh! cool! I use the Hans tecnique. This one is intereting too.

¿Is that were you put the figure in a sitting position and then smash tem into a table, deck, etc? Cause I tried that a few times and it doesn’t seem to work…

yes that's the one. But I don't smash it. I press it between my two hands with a cloth. Works everytime. For some reason women are more dificult, but no problem at all.

I'll have to try it with the cloth, Gaston.  I broke the legs on my pirate the other way.

If no one knew this thread was about klickies, one would wonder, "what are these folks talking about, smashing women in order to remove their legs from their bodies?" lol

I actually recently learned the smashing technique, and I found it so fun!  Once I learned it, I just started swapping parts on all my pirates to create more unique figures.  Once you smash one, you just can't help but smash some more!  Much fun!
