I think the headband and bald head came from a klicky from a pirate.  Here is one that is similar:  Part Number: 30 00 5092.

 you don't remember from witch klicky it is i know there is a yellow one with dark skin ,but i haven't seen this

I think it came as part of a used lot that I got on EBay a few years ago.    It had probably been customized by someone before I got it.  I took the Klicky apart and made a new character out of him.  I am not really up on all the sets and their numbers.  I generally just buy what I like and can afford.

Today I found a shop selling a load of 4649 spelcials for 50 ct a piece. I bought 2. I´ll keep one in it´s original box sealed. Maybe I´ll buy a couple more.
