I need a little bit more help from you guys. Does anyone know what this is or from what set? Or if this is playmobil anyways? I had bought a playmobil lot once and I never found out what it was, then I kept buying lots and ended up with four of these. I need some help.

Does a klicky child fit in the seat?

It looks like a seat for a carousel or playground ride of some sort.

It's a baby chair which clips onto a car seat.

Comes from set 3739.

(Not to be confused with the baby seat for the bicycle in that set which is also yellow.)
