I'd completely missed this Damo, only saw it with you mentioning the hill in 'Construction'
(Must have been in my baking week!)
What a great story complete with detail and humour. 
Loved the council's part in the proceedings - especially the one cone left at the end - did that end up in your garage too  ;D
