Very interesting to make of the old pirate ship a schooner ... It'll be very interesting with some other modern city accessories on it -- but not to shoot on water, I think :hmm: -- ...

Thank you to everyone for their lovely comments - it was great fun to sail even if I did get very wet feet  ;D
Gordon very kindly provided me with some grey spars and the ship looks much smarter with these. 
At the moment, together with another red pirate ship it is at the John Paul Jones birthplace Museum where Sandy works.
We decided that they would be useful to occupy any children who visit - I do check on them on the days that I visit and he has had strict instructions to look after them!
