I gotr this and was terribly disappointed.
Is that the extent of a normal newsletter, one set for sale? I would hope for at least news on release dates for sets coming before the next newsletter.

It's my opinion that this lack of product reflects the financial state of the USA Playmobil distributor status as previously discussed in prior topic boards! I wonder if Playmobil's home office could intervene & take over the sorry distributorship, curing the problem with lack of product, & inferior DS parts availability

Hi Bill
Wasn't the problem credit related. The attitudes and workings of Playmobil US used to be a lot better and seems to be getting worse by the day. If they are not being given credit from banks PM-US has their hands tied. I read somewhere that even in Germany banks were unwilling to loan Geobra money to build/expand their business if the money was to be spent at home. The banks wanted them to invest in China.

this is strange.
if geobra figures are correct they seem to continue to grow.
maybe the problem lies with the banks - they have no money to lend or they consider a toy company to be a bigger risk than the one they are willing to accept.
i am sure the pharmaceutical industry is not having the same problems.
it is so sad to see the lack of information, brains and guts of the finantial "system"
