Ah, thank you for the link. Cool game. And I think not as simple as one might think.
From the previous PM games I got the impression that they are quite simple, but this is a little bit tricky.

Especially when the instructions are in a foreign language!   ;D  However, I got onto level 3 largely by simply holding the space bar down and "flying" a lot, but crashed out part way through level 3.

Uh, just by holding down the space bar?!? That makes me crash very early. (BTW with the cursor keys you can displace weight on front or to back to make the truck not overturning.)

Yes, it was skilled (well, lucky) use of the cursor keys which got me so far.

Yes, I tried, but didn't managed. 270° was most (and more a by incident result than actively managed).  8}
