Thanks pingo

Hi Pingo,

can I confirm the angle is not quite a right angle? It's hard to tell from the picture.

It looks very close to the pieces used to hang a lamp outside a door, but it may be part of a roof support system, or even used to support an internal floor.

This is a good one, Pingo ...

I thought that I had seen every Steck part ever made, but I don't remember this one. I've searched Heather's PlaymoDB for:

Brace
Bracket
Stay
Support

And, it doesn't seem to be there ...

However, I wonder if it could be a part from BEFORE Steck. Like the bracket used for the small roof on the Miner's Hotel (3426)?

I actually think you've found it, Richard!

I've been going through my entire catalogue - but I couldn't find any steck-set that could have used it. But that set seems to be using it !

... and then dusk came and brought despair.

Wow, you guys are good.  Although having the actual item in 3-D helps when looking for things only pictured end-on!  I don't have plans for 3426, or I'd get 'em posted... I'll be nicking your picture, though, Richard, since mine was obviously taken at a distance with a Polaroid.
