fritmobil's customs
« on: February 21, 2008, 00:14:54 »
Okay, here's a few of my creations.

Starting with the latest, I just finished painting this one for my wife's mansion:

...and two Pirate Captains, The Lion of the Caribbean and the Tiger of the East, awaiting ships & crew:

some knights:

I had to compare the stove with my own one to see what you'r painted, nice job!

My favourite is the Tiger of the East, very smart. I hope he gets a crew to match!

Thanks, Martin!!

I should've put a side-by-side pic up of the stove; it's a very subtle difference. The color is now a mint green instead of white and I painted all around the burners on the stovetop. The white was ok, but terribly bland; the green is so stylish, in my opinion.

The Tiger of the East was inspired by the 'Brethren Court' scene from the third Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Maybe someday I'll get around to the Penniless Frenchman, and a nice crew of Barbary (Moorish) Pirates

A great selection of customs; thanks for showing them.  I like the idea of painting the stove.

Your tiger of the east looks great!

The lion of the caribbean looks good, too (only in Playmobil can a guy wear bright yellow or bright red boots and look imposing...)

I think your crusader knights are a great idea.
