I too would like slight variations in color to add some variety in diorama  but then if left to gnomes at Geobra…..we’ll they’ll probably make playmobil fantasy purple stecks and pink western houses

Ahh yes, that hideous Target exclusive, I have some but they got boxed up and put into a dark, dusty, cobweb corner of thenbarn to be forgotten about

Likely they found light grey and dark leftover Steck parts in their warehouse.
“What can we do with it? We don’t have any light grey round tower castle edging and wall end connectors, only dark ones…”
“Let’s make a new set out of it - and include a dark 3-unit wide castle wall in dark for the drawbridge.”
“But we don’t have any drawbridge parts.”
“Then let’s make new ones.”
(Did I mention that the injection molding supervisor is color-blind?)
