you also have the hat in the new 4292 piratenbande (see the pirate on the right.
looking closer, maybe the piratesse's hat is also new.
and, of course, the very first balded klicky in the left.

I haven't seen that style of beard before either, Cachalote. It looks to be the second longest in the collection.

It'd be nice to see a photo of all the beard types lined up, from stubble through to the extra-long beard, and suggestions of which sets/characters they best suit.
