Since I'm studying japanese I can tell that the characters on the right side say "omocha", which indeed means "toy" (the characters are readeable, so that is good); The characters on the left say "yoshi", which means "good". The bottom character was incorrect though; it should be a "shi", which looks like a bit like a fishing hook. Just positive criticism though
