^ I thought that Problem Cat might think that the trees would look better on the floor. So I was very happy to see that all the trees remained where I had placed them. And I took photos.
It was only when I looked at the photos on my computer, that I realised that (although one songbird remained) the doves were missing from the dovecote.
Where were the doves? Scattered.
And so I had to replace the doves, and start taking photos all over again.
