I suppose you already figured out that she looks exactly like the woman from the 4490 farm, except for the red vest.
The vest seems to fit the one in set 4497 (woman with tractor). But the Spaarbank S is a mystery to me...

The same bank in Germany is Sparkasse https://www.sparkasse.de/ they are a big bank with branches in most cities I think. You see the S everywhere, and it is the same one that the two bagged male and female banker figures were done for. This looks like maybe an older figure for the same company?
