Hey Walter.
I've used Tinkercad for a year or so. It was actually my first CAD software, but I changed fast because it's very limited. Remember my first 3D renders, with the big polygons? They were made with Tinkercad.
I'm surprised this print can work with those CAD files only though. Tinkercad could save all files as .stl (stereolithography) which has become the worldwide format for 3D printing.
$1000 is a bit expensive, but I expect this printer to use the same process as the Makerbot (hot wire), so, not worth buying anyway…
