I needed to order a few parts and the lady on the phone told me to email the list to the service@playmobilusa.com. That was two weeks ago and no reply. Furthermore, I have emailed regarding brand new sets that I have purchased with missing/damaged parts inside that I need replaced. This is getting very frustrating to say the least.

I would try them again.  I went and looked at my last US parts orders (both in 2014) and they were each three days from me submitting my order to receiving my quote.
