I would call it off-white myself. I think it's the same color as the old firefighter helmets and cuffs, not really cream but not bright white.

Not forgetting the natural tendency of playmobil to go yellow....

But I think that affects the hard ABS plastic more, I'm not sure if these belts are made of a plastic less prone to yellowing?

The Duerer is brand new while the chieftain is from maybe ten years ago, yet their belts are identical in colour, so I would wager that the yellowing hasn't affected them yet.
