Rock star Slash AND a perfectly scale Lunar Rover I found

Did you see? My photo of Slash was Playmobi's pic of the day yesterday on Twitter.
I used the mystery figure basketball player figure's afro, and then dremeled a notch to fit on the top hat.
I added some battery operated Wreath lights (smaller than standard Christmas tree lights) to add some additional lighting.

And check out this Moon rover I found. It's made by a company called Wild Republic Toys and it's part of a realistic space toy line called "Galaxy Quest" (I guess they didn't care about the movie title?) And it's the perfect size for playmo astronauts.
(The ground is that classic LEGO moonscape from the 80s)

Both great!
Slash is really.. on
(though not really a fan of the flesh one..) - AND you manage to use that dreadful head!
And that lunar rover is indeed very nice for the playmospace.. (I remember the lunar landscape from catalogs)

I just posted a more detailed "how to" in the Photography forum if you're interested.
I'm hoping to do more studio shots. I'm just so excited for Toy Fair this week.

Very nice pictures and I like the custom slash.
I guess other people too found that rover good for playmobil, it was in a random playmo lot we bought a while ago, I think I threw it out though, no room for non-playm in our collection
