Hi Kenny, I checked Animobil for you; http://animobil.info/shields/ , I think the original prints were rubbed off. Great site anyway!

As far as I am aware that one has never been released plain like that. It's possible they are factory escapees from before the paint was applied. That does happen, though mostly in Malta.
