Having received 25 truck wheels once without owning one single truck I can safely say : "No, it isn't just you"...!!! :lol:

I hope you took advantage of DS's option to return items!

Well, I'm pleased to say that I didn't get the number for the figure I ordered wrong.  I did order three waiters from the beach cafe set, but I was sent three cavemen (30 00 9172  I think, but the colour of the furs on playmoDB doesn't match that of the figure being more red than the figures's - I'll post a scan of the figure later), so the error was by the picker at Playmobil in Zirndorf.  I'll contact UK DS and they'll get the correct figure sent to me.   The error will also be noted against the picker, presumably automatically.  (I once had a wrong part sent and reported this and was sent the same wrong part again.  When I reported this, UK DS told me that if the wrong part was sent a third time someone would be in trouble.  Fortunately, the someone concerned in Germany got it right third time!)

I have a lot of useless parts that were my fault for not double checking my numbers.  :-[

I think anytime you make big orders there are going to be mistakes like Gordon said "the bigger the list the bigger mistakes"

I know if my lists were only 10 or 20 items I would be comfortable in rechecking, but if they are 4 and 5 pages long I will not recheck at all. Sometimes I even wonder why some particular parts are even on the long lists  8}
If you hear the sound of the bell which will tell you that Grigori has been killed, if it was your relations who have wrought my death, then no one in the family will remain alive. They will be killed by the Russian people. :prays:
