Whether they're the Queens Guard is up to you but, either way they look like a really great bunch love that mass of smiling faces in gold helmets very effective  :)

I have a small army of these guys, and I am sure they do look like a faction that can be very important to a story.

They look fine for royal guards, although I wouldnt trust the second one from the left with the queen, he's too good looking.  ;)
