starting with a fine coping saw and very very slowly cutting away with a blade and polishing with very fine emery(?)'sand' paper

thanks Tonguello! actually I bought 2 such black flags to make 2 boxer flags like this but too lazy to make the second one...it took may be 3 hours (although the second one will be much faster now because i dont have to experiment with measurements and the printing)
