I thought these must be made in China due to their low price. I won't be getting any, but for those interested, they are available on Tesco's website too. I like Playmobil because it's a high quality toy made in Europe and I hope it stays that way. I buy Miele appliances because they are made in Germany and are built to a standard you don't tend to get from goods made in the far east and the same goes for Playmobil.
It seems that goods made in China are becoming more expensive due to increased wages and transport costs, so we may see some manufacturers bringing production back to their home countries which is good news in my opinion.
Keep Playmobil made in Europe
