The US-5948 "Soldiers' Boat", turned into a rivervessel for trips on the river Loire in France by (fictional) king Louis XXII...
The oars are for acceleration to topspeed of 30 kts
and come from the Viking's ship.

i too planned to put oars on my 4444 but no viking oars either for me.
