I just picked this up today at 27.99.  The ship is pretty neat but the sails are atrocious!  Mine were all wrinkled up. I really like the swivel guns up front.  Please Geobra, no more china crap! Also let me apply my own stickers!  My 3 year old son could done a better job than this!  Overall it's a great ship if you want to repaint and customize.

even at this steal deal, and considering my already limited shelf space, for some reason I'm gonna pass on this new unique ship.  All the effort to customize it into a decent ship isn't worth the bucks (unless I'm just having fun customizing).  I'm more interested in a multi-masted ship.  I wish playmobil will come out with a trimaster.

My plan is to buy two of these ships,
Since they are the same size as the 3940 but considerably cheaper,
And then fuse them together to create the favored trimaster.

I think you're confusing the US-exclusive 5950 with the 5135  ;)
