Opinions of Mega Farm 4055
« on: July 06, 2011, 09:08:48 »
I saw this set today for a VERY cheap price (for Australia) of $129. I put it on a no deposit xmas lay by so I could decide if I really wanted it or not. In truth, it is not something I have previously wanted but was just drawn by the price.

What does everyone think? Comments would be appreciated  :)

Its close to 190 euros... i think I saw this for 140, maybe even less, in toy stores around here. Its certainly on my list and has sooo many great items, parts and accessories!!! The variety is really awesome!! But I'd suggest you look for it at a regular toy shop. This price seems a lot to me and with the shipping costs, even within australia, it will probably be higher...

I've got it and absolutely love it! and couldn't recommend it more highly

The only things I was a little dissapointed in were that there is not a huge range of animals, and the tractor is just the same as from set 3073.

There are so many good bits - the buildings, the Claas combine etc

Thanks Damo and Wolf knight.

It was actually in a store - I just posted the link off ebay to show what I meant. I got it for $129au (96 euro/ $137us/ 86 pounds).

It has a lot of really large pieces - not sure where to put it as I will also have an original royal palace coming aswell  ;D

That sounds a very good price as the lowest I have seen it for in the UK was £75.
