Playmo Jalopy
« on: April 11, 2006, 21:04:33 »
Hi again...This jalopy was made from both the vintage car, and the vintage truck.
The frame and fenders are from the car. The hood or engine compartment is from the truck.  The passenger compartment is scratch built from plywood, and the seats are from hardwood.

Hardwood seats
They sure are pretty, and they sure are hard

Thanks for sharing,
Both new vehicles would have sold big IF......

That's another nice custom, James.  As meg says, "If only..."

Do you still have all these customs?  If so, it would be nice to see them all together in a street scene. :)

Another gorgeous vehicle James! I am running out of adjectives to describe your work. I can only give you the biggest compliment - I wish they were mine! ;)

I really love those cars. It makes me wish more and more that they will be re-released!
