B.T.W. what fabric did you use? QuickFuse 
Yes, but not in the way that I usually do. I actually made the sails for this ship quite a while back, before I had gotten my technique down to what it is today. So the sails themselves are actually just a piece of fabric from the store that Sirena liked very much. In addition to the fabrics she chose, every time I walk past the fabric section of the Wal-mart, if i see a pattern I like, I buy a half- or quarter-yard of it and put it away until I need. I have quite a binful already.
Since the fabric was too thin, I fused two layers of it together using fusible
interfacing. Then I used QuickFuse for the emblems on the sails. I printed them, cut them out and just ironed them on.
