Part number of the PERCH for hat

I have been looking that for months. I know the handheld perch number from playmoDB, but cant get the one for those on hat with it you can put a parrot above the klicky.

The pirate captain from 4548 got one. BTW, are you folks in US able to get the peg leg now??
