The press is from 9493 Christmas Bakery. The cookies have been in a number of sets in a few different colors now.

Love it all, but my favorite are the bakery scenes (oh the cookie presses!!!) and the greenhouse, as we all know how gazillions of poinsettias suddenly appear everywhere, and the santa bot factory.  Wonderful work Tim.  SO MUCH work. 
Off to look at all the photos again.

This is beautiful, thanks for sharing!

So much lovely detail, hard to pick a favourite part. Santa bots were funny, and the greenhouse really added the detail and completeness. Amazing!

I still love this so much! It's nice to see even more details here after the posts on IG. Now I'm wondering, where do the reindeer live if they aren't on sleigh duty? Perhaps a stable in the future would be a nice addition :D

...and the vast majority of them die in time for next christmas. Which is why I surprised recently to see a mature one which was about 3m tall.
