« on: October 25, 2009, 13:48:13 »
erik skaarup  :wow: from klickywelt posted a link to an incredible site - the playmobil butikken.
inside - http://www.playmobilbutikken.no/arkiv.php - there is a link with all the playmobil catalogues.  :love:
the thing is divided in 4: 70 / 80 / 90 / ar 2000 og senere...  :yup:
finally i will be able to correct my database with dates of discontinuity.  8}

... well mfrankena, it could be worse: it could be in dutch.  ;)
we all have to convert ourselves to this playmo lingua franca:yup:
playmobil means playmobil, no doubt.  :P
the rest, we just have to guess.
i guess that is part of the fun.

8} a couple of surprises...
 :o number one - the inclusion of the 3389-aristokratenin/reisekorb in the pirate section of the 1978 catalogue.
 :yup: i knew that the 3386-seemann-bierfasschen (also from 1978) was also considered a pirate but i had no idea of the 3389.
 :-[ as i can't see them as "real" pirates i will just ignore this inclusion.

:o number two - the strange version of the 3740 merine schooner that is shown in the 1999 catalogue.
 :yup: i have one and it doesn't look at all like this one.
 :hmm: this is a real mistery to me.
 ??? could it be that playmobil just had a prototype with the 3550 / 3750 color scheme for the catalogue's photo session?
